It has been more than two years since Virat Kohli has scored a century in any international match.

As the second Pakistan vs Australia Test match got underway at National Stadium Karachi, a cricket fan, while taking a jab at flat Pindi pitch, has sent a message to the Indian cricket board and star batter Virat Kohli.

Holding a placard, the fan told Geo Super:

"The way batters scored massive runs on the Pindi pitch, and given Virat Kohli's inability to hit a century since 2019, my message to the BCCI would be to hold a series with the PCB and schedule a match in Pindi, so that Virat Kohli can finally make a century."

A combined total of 1,187 runs were scored for just 14 wickets over five days in Rawalpindi as the famed Australian pace trio of Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood -- with 674 Test wickets between them before this match -- got just one more.

Virat Kohli, who is arguably one of the most-watched players in the current crop of cricketers, has scored 70 centuries in international cricket. Out of the 70, 43 of them were in ODIs and 27 in Tests.

However, it has been more than two years since the former India captain has scored a century in any international match.
