  • Elon Musk has changed his Twitter display name to 'Elona' Musk.
  • This was his response to the head of Chechen Republic, Kadryov, who called him "effeminate".
  • Kadryov had advised Musk to take train at Russia if he wanted to fight Putin.

Elon Musk has changed his name on Twitter to 'Elona' Musk after the head of Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, called him "effeminate", NDTV reported.

A few days ago, Musk challenged Putin to single combat to end the Ukrainian conflict. As a response to that, Kadyrov, a Kremlin ally, said that Musk would need to “pump up those muscles in order to change from the gentle (effeminate) Elona into the brutal Elon.”

Musk shared Kadyrov’s Telegram post on Twitter.

"Elon Musk, a word of advice. Don't measure your strength against that of Putin," Kadyrov said in the Telegram post. "Vladimir Vladimirovich will look unsportsmanlike when he beats the hell out of you, a much weaker opponent," he said.

The strongman leader even advised the billionaire to train at the Russian Special Forces University, Akhmat Fight Club. "You will return from the Chechen Republic a completely different person Elon, that is, Elona," wrote Ramzan Kadyrov.

The Tesla and Space X founder responded sarcastically, changing his name to Elona on Twitter and tweeting, "Thank you for the offer, but such excellent training would give me too much of an advantage."

"If he is afraid to fight, I will agree to use only my left hand and I am not even left-handed," he added, signing off as "Elona".
