Netizens are reacting to a video shown by North Korea’s state-run television channel where Kim Jong-un is directing the test-launch of what is referred to as the Hwasong-17 ICBM.

In the video posted by NK News on Twitter, the Supreme Leader of North Korea can be seen guiding the launch in quite a dramatic style with a slow-motion walk in the beginning.

The music in the video is suspenseful making it even more melodramatic. 

Towards the end of the video, the leader can be seen taking his glasses off, again in slow motion, waiting for the launch.

The video ends with Jong-un giving a green signal for the launch with his thumb.

Inevitably, netizens are reacting to the video.

Shreyas Reddy, who is a researcher at BBC Monitoring, posted a short clip of the video saying “Kim taking off his shades in slow motion is *chef's kiss*”

Another user said, “I'm laughing so hard I teared up”

While another user compared him to Tom Cruise.

A user even asked when the show will be out on Netflix.

As Elon Musk is famous for his Twitter feud with Putin and other Russian officials, a user tagged him and asked what he had to say on the matter.
