Sandra Bullock opens up on ‘Miss Congeniality 2’: 'Shouldn’t have been done'

Sandra Bullock crushed all hopes of her fans for another installment of her hit comedy film Miss Congeniality in a latest interview.

In a conversation with Metro Magazine, she was asked if fans could hope for a third film, the actor responded with an spontaneous no as she joked that even the second part should not have been made.

The Lost City actor stated, “God no! No, no. Two shouldn’t have been done. That one should have remained a one-off.”

“But I’m glad that it did because of Regina, who I just freaking adore,” the 57-year-old actor added.

However, she gave a green signal for a prequel of the movie as she jokingly said, “Unless they make a prequel with the young Gracie Hart, with the mustache and the monobrow.”

“Gracie Hart in her 10, 11-year-old life, still acting very much the same as Gracie Hart as an adult would be cute,” Sandra concluded.

In the Donald Petrie directorial, Bullock plays the role of a tomboyish detective, Gracie Hart, who takes part in a beauty pageant as the event is under threat of a possible bombing.
