PESHAWAR: A nine-year-old boy was killed and three others including two children and a man were wounded Wednesday when a bomb planted in a pushcart exploded in Peshawar.
The blast took place in the Scheme Chowk neighborhood of Peshawar. It was a remote-controlled device, bomb disposal squad chief Hukam Khan said.
Nobody claimed the responsibility for the blast.
The victims were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital for treatment. A suspect was held from the crime scene and according to sources a remote has been recovered from his possession. (PPI)
