RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested 26 outlaws including four gamblers from various areas of the city and seized 1585 grams charas, 142 bottles of liquor, five pistols 30 caliber with 43 rounds, 50 kits and two pistols of 22 bore from them.
According to a police spokesman, 26 lawbreakers including four gamblers were held in different raids.
Waris Khan police on a tip-off raided a hotel near Committee Chowk and arrested four gamblers identified as Akbar, Qamar, Snobar and Khushal red-handed and recovered cash Rs24,500 and three mobile phones.
Separate cases have been registered against all the accused and investigation is underway. (APP)
