Sports fans were shocked when they discovered a baseball stadium was selling a burger for $25,000 (PKR4,656,875), TSN Sports reported.
The burger is being sold by Atlanta Braves, a baseball team. They called it the "World's Champion Burger" as they won the 2021 World Series.
The burger seems to have a 200-gram beef patty, premium cheddar, fried egg, heirloom tomato, and lettuce. A gold leaf can be seen in the picture, which explains the price of the dish.
Why $25,000, though? Well, the most important side of the burger is the real, limited-edition World Series ring.
However, people can also buy the burger with a replica ring for just $151.
Of course, the burger attracted many Twitter users.
One user wrote, "Doesn’t look much better than the burgers in the chophouse."
A user pointed out how there was not even a drink being offered.
Another made fun of an Australian-owned fast-food chain, Grill'd.
