The left handed Thepchaiya won the final, played at a local hotel, by seven frames against six by Ayouri.
Managing Directors of Jubilee Insurance Tahir Ahmed and Javed Ahmed were the chief guests at the presentation ceremony after the final.
Both the finalists earlier shattered the dreams of Pakistani duo of Muhammad Asif and Muhammad Sajjad in the semifinals here on Thursday evening.
