KP Volleyball trials on March 14

PESHAWAR: To select team, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Volleyball Association will hold a day long trials on March 14 at 10.00 am at PSB Coaching Center.

This was stated by Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Volleyball Association Khalid Waqar here on Sunday.

Khalid Waqar said that in this connection the association has also announced a seven-member selection committee headed by President Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Volleyball Association Iqbal Khan.

The other members of the selection committee are Shahid Hussain, Abdur Rahim Khan, Fazali Rabi and Liaq Zaman would supervise the trials.

Players born after January 1, 1993 will be eligible to participate in the trials. The selected team would represent Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the forthcoming National Junior Volleyball Championship to commence from March 20-23 at Shakargarh, Southern Punjab.

Khalid Waqar also advised the players to bring two passport size photograph, copy of ID card and other relevant documents like school certificate to ascertain their age group. (APP)
