Man dies in Quetta firing

QUETTA: Unknown armed gunned down a man here at Qambarani road area of the provincial capital on Monday.

According to police, the victim was on his way home when armed assailants riding a motorbike opened fire at him and fled from the scene.

As a result, he died on the spot. His body was sent to the Bolan Medical Complex (BMC) for postmortem where the victim was identified as Muhammad Hashim.

The body of the deceased was handed over to the heirs after legal formalities.

Motive behind the killing could not be ascertained.

Police registered a case and started investigation into the incident.(APP)
