RAWALPINDI: Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested 26 outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered 1875 grams charas, 15 bottles of liquor, nine pistols 30 bore with 30 rounds, two daggers, one Kalashnikov and two stolen vehicles from them.
According to a police spokesman, the outlaws were apprehended in different raids.
Sadiqabad police apprehended a car lifter Kamran and recovered a stolen Alto car from him while Taxila police recovered a Toyota car from Qasir.
Meanwhile, Saddar Baroni Police on a tip-off raided at Mora Chapper area and arrested two suspected dacoits identified as Arab and Yameen who were planning to commit a robbery. The police also recovered two pistols with eight rounds. (APP)
