LAHORE: Many trains at the Lahore railway station were behind schedule for hours and passengers, especially children and women, had to face immense problems on Tuesday.
Talking to APP, a spokesman of Pakistan Railway said shortage of locomotives was the main reason which delayed Night Coach Karachi Express, Jaffar Express, Quetta Express, 7up Express, Allama Iqbal Express, Farid Express and some other trains.
Passengers complained that they had to wait for more than six hours for trains at the railway station.
However, railway officials said the situation would improve soon.
