LAHORE: The first group of 500 Sikh Yatris Tuesday reached Wagha border from India to participate in Baisakhi Mela scheduled for Friday.
Chairman of Evacuee Trust Property Board received them at Wagha Railway Station. Around 6,000 yatris are expected to arrive in Pakistan through special trains to celebrate Mela. They will visit Guradwara Punja Sahab in Hassanabdal to offer rituals, Nankana Sahib and other places of worship. (PPI)
