CIA Inspector Maqbool Ahmad told newspersons, that alleged kidnappers namely Ijaz, Aasiq with other accomplices abducted a citizen namely Haji Ishfaq and released him after his heirs paid the ransom money.
Police not only arrested the kidnappers but also recovered ransom money from their possession. (APP)
