Rehman Malik calls Shahbaz Sharif 'lord of liars'

KARACHI: Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Thursday called Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif 'lord of liars', demanding of him to stop his lies.

Talking to media persons here, the Interior Minister alleged that Sharif brothers had plundered Rs3.9 million of the nation and for which they should tender apology to the nation.

He said a number of contempt cases were still pending with courts against Nawaz Sharif, adding the Prime Minister would appeal against his conviction in the contempt case.

"Shahbaz Sharif is a lord of liars, he should stop lying to the nation," Rehman Malik lashed out at the Punjab Chief Minister.

On Lyari operation, the Interior Minister said suspension of cell phone services in the area had been asked for.
