Faisalabad: five killed over land dispute

FAISALABAD: Father and two sons among five people were killed in firing incident over land dispute late on Wednesday, Geo news reported.

According to the police, the incident took place when armed men attacked the tabernacle of Muhammad Ashraf, located in the jurisdiction of Saddar Samandari police station, resultantly Ashraf's son died on the spot while he himself, his another son and a minor girl sustained injuries.

On retaliation, attackers Waseem and Moazzam were shot dead.

Injured people were rushed to Civil Hospital Faisalaba where Muhammad Ashraf succumbed to his injuries.

Police has kicked off the interrogation.
