Unidentified men had placed explosive material with the railway track in the Parkani Abad area of metropolis police said, adding it exploded damaging one and half feet portion of railway track.
Soon after the blast police along with the Railway technical team reached the site and after hectic effort of one hour, the damaged portion of track was repaired.
Police have registered a case.
