Pakistan, India working on new visa regime: Rehman Malik
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and India are working to evolve a mechanism to implement new visa regime which was agreed in principle by both the countries, says Interior Minister Rehman Malik.

He was talking to newsmen on Friday after talks with visiting Indian Home Secretary R. K. Singh here.

Malik said the new visa regime would be signed in short span of time.

Minister said he invited his Indian counterpart to Pakistan and added Pakistan wants to resolve all the issues with India for peace and stability in the region.

Replying to a question‚ Malik said Pakistan has arrested a number of persons in November 2008 Mumbai terror attack case. Recently a judicial commission of Pakistan had visited India and will submit its report before the court, he added. (PPI)
