Chaudhry Nisar suffering from 'Altaf-phobia': MQM

KARACHI: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) says it strongly condemns Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan’s statement who it said has tried to divide Muhajirs and the party's chief Altaf Hussain.

Addressing a press conference, senior Muttahida leader Dr Farooq Sattar said the minister was suffering from Altaf Hussain phobia.

He said the operation that was launched to curb crimes in Karachi is being used to push the MQM against the wall.

Sattar said the Supreme Court had observed all the political parties harbored militant wings, adding that gambling dens were still operating in the city.
