Advisor to PM Rehman Malik meets MQM leaders in Dubai

DUBAI: Advisor to Prime Minister A. Rehman Malik Saturday held a meeting with the members of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Rabita Committee in Dubai, Geo News reported.

According to sources the advisor discussed current political affairs and other matters of bilateral interest with the MQM top brass.

In a statement issued by MQM from Duabi, Rehman Malik, during the meeting, conveyed to the Rabita Committee members the messages of goodwill from President Asif Ali Zardari’s and Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani.

The meeting was attended by the important MQM figures like Rabita Committee’s Deputy Convener Anis Ahmed Qaim Khani, Governor Sindh Dr Ishrat-u-Ebad, Mohammad Anwar, Anis Advocate, Senator Mustafa Kamal, Waseem Aftab, Federal Minister for Ports & Shipping, Babar Ghouri, and provincial minister Adil Siddiqui.
