Bar associations move against Aitzaz, Zahid

ISLAMABAD: The Lahore Bar Association (LBA) has cancelled the membership of Zahid Bukhari, Malik Riaz's counsel in Arsalan suo moto case, Geo News reported.

The bar association also imposed ban on his entry. The LBA decided these steps during its general house meeting convened today to discuss the scam involving Malik Riaz and Dr Arsalan. LBA President Chaudhry Zulfiqar chaired the meeting.

Meanwhile, senior lawyer Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan and Zahid Bukhari, have also been barred from entering the Islamabad High Court and District Bar Associations.

Members of the Islamabad High Court and District Bar Associations have also decided that none of them will represent Malik Riaz.
