RAWALPINDI: Corps Commander Rawalpindi Lt. General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited the Line of Control (LoC).
According to ISPR, the Corps Commander Rawalpindi met troops and exchanged Eid greetings with them at Rawalakot and Neiza Peer Sector.
The Corps Commander Rawalpindi praised the high morale and dedication of soldiers to protect the motherland.
The visit comes in the backdrop of unprovoked firing by Indian forces at the LoC and Working Boundary.
On Monday, the United National Military Observers Group for India and Pakistan also visited the LoC and Working Boundary. The UN group evaluated the damage caused by the Indian firing.
