Six more gunned down in Karachi
KARACHI: Six persons were shot dead by unidentified armed men and body of another was found in different areas of Karachi late last night and in the early hours of Monday, Police and Chhipa sources said.

Two men were gunned down and another was shot injured in Malir, in the limits of Khokhrapar Police station. The deceased were identified as Muhammad Ayaz, 30, s/o Suleman, and Amanullah, 22, s/o Muhammad Akram while the injured identified as Ahmad Ali, 35, s/o Gulzar Chandio. The deceased and the injured were shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) and later the bodies were handed over to heirs.

Meanwhile, a 30-year-old man, Abdul Sattar s/o Abdullah was killed in a firing incident near Tibet Centre, located on M.A. Jinnah Road. The body was taken to Civil Hospital Karachi for medico legal formalities.

Separately, Tausif Rehman, 35, s/o Suleman was gunned down in Malir area near Token Stop. His body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Moreover, an elderly man was shot dead in Sultanabad, Manghopir. The body was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. Identity of the deceased could not be ascertained.

Yet in another firing incident, 35-year-old Mubarak Ali s/o Mehboob Ali was killed in Baldia Town No-5. His body was taken to Civil Hospital Karachi.

A three-day old bullet riddled body was found in Shah Rasool Colony. It was taken to JPMC for autopsy where the deceased was identified as Amir Ali, 30.
