In a tragic incident, social media sensation Britney Joy died due to a fatal car crash. She was 35 years old.
The horrifying car crash on Monday also claimed the life of her mother Sherie Smith, 60.
The TikTok star was traveling with her mother to a Juneteenth celebration. The crash took place just after the TikTok sensation left her sister’s house, reports Mirror UK.
Her sister Tiffany Smith Cofield said that the accident has changed her life for good and she’ll now have to live with this trauma.
According to Houston police, Britney was behind the wheel when a truck collided with their car.
While paying tribute to her family members, Tiffany said, “I have lost my everything, my best friends. There won’t be a time when I won’t miss my mother and sister.”
In an interview with ABC13, She shared her traumatic experience stating, “When I was walking up, I felt their car and everyone was saying that a mother and daughter had died and I felt it that they were talking about my mother and daughter.”
The morning before her death, Britney share a video with the caption, “POV: YOU FORGOT ITS JUNETEENTH. NO WORK TODAY!”
