Tom Cruise, who's touring the world to promote his upcoming thriller, has celebrated his 61st birthday in style.

The Hollywood star, who turned 61 on Monday (July 3), enjoyed the evening with admirers as many of them wished him a very happy birthday.

The actor was given a special treat by his co-stars at Mission Impossible Australian premiere in Sydney on July 3.

The actor turned to Instagram to share a series of photos from the night, captioning them: "It was great to spend my birthday with fans today. Thanks for coming out to the premiere!"

The dashing star has received hundreds of birthday greetings by scores of fans.

Tom, who spent most of his big day on the red carpet, received a special surprise when the party moved to the ICC Sydney theater.

The actor shared selfies with fans during the Australian Premiere of "Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One" presented by Paramount Pictures and Skydance.

Tom's co-star Simon Pegg rolled out a birthday cake for the "Top Gun" actor, appropriately themed around the event, a large black square with the film's title and a falling motorcycle in fondant. Hayley Atwell, Pom Klementieff, Rebecca Ferguson, and Vanessa Kirby joined in on the celebrations.

Tom's new film Dead Reckoning Part One, the seventh in the Mission Impossible franchise, is set to hit theaters on July 12.
