COLOMBO: Afghanistan's captain Nawroz Mangal won the toss and sent England in to bat in a group A match of the World Twenty20 in Colombo on Friday.
Afghanistan, who lost their opening match to India by 23 runs on Wednesday, need a win to remain in the competition. Defending champions England are playing their first game.
The Afghans made one change from the previous match, bringing in batsman Izatullah Dawlatzai in place of Najibuddin Zadran.(AFP)
