Nawabshah: One killed 6 injured in clashes

NAWABSHAH: Angry protestors set fire to Airport Police station whereas 1 person was killed and 6 were injured in exchange of fire with the Police.

Activists of Nationalist parties clashed with police on Sakarand Road in Nawabshah and the situation got worse when the agitators set a police station on fire resulting in destruction of records, furniture and a motorcycle.

The Nationalist parties of Sindh protested all across the interior parts of the pronvince against the new Local Government system being introduced by the PPP-led government.

According to Geo News correspondent, incidents of firing still continue intermittently in different parts of Nawabshah.
