According to police sources, three of the injured are policemen, adding that a rickshaw, motorcycle and one bicycle was also damaged due to the explosion.
The bomb disposal squad has termed the blast as a remote controlled explosion, where the explosive material was hidden inside the motorcycle, and that four to five kilograms of explosives were used in the blast.
