Sanghar: Husband chops of wife’s ears, nose and lips

SANGHAR: A husband brutalised his wife in the name of honour by cutting her lips, ears and nose, while a 15 day old baby cradled in the woman’s lap passed away.

The tragic incident took place on the outskirts of Sanghar. The husband had been physically abusing his wife for some time, but on Tuesday he took her to the fields and brutalised her.

He cut of his wife’s nose, lips and ears and while he was beating her, the child in his wife’s lap was also injured and passed away before arriving at the hospital.

Police have lodged a case against the accused husband and have initiated a search for him.
