In protest, doctors and medical staff shut emergency and other wards of the hospital. Parents of other children admitted in the hospital complained that the on duty doctors and paramedical staff were not providing any services to the patients.
The protest ended after DMS Chaudhry Abdul Majeed Gul reached the hospital.
