Meghan Markle has appeared on top of the list of unpopular people. With more than 6,000 votes, the Duchess of Sussex sits at number one on ranker.com, a website that features polls on entertainment, brands, sports, food, and culture.
Her husband Prince Harry follows the Duchess at number two with more than 4,000 votes.
A look at online discussions, it has been learned that a coordinated campaign was run against the US-based royal couple to get more votes against them.
The couple fell out of favor with the British media and thousands of royal fans after they stepped down from their royal duties.
Meghan and Harry are now living in California with their two children, Archie and Lilibet.
