Katy Perry triumphed over her fiancé, Orlando Bloom, in a heated pickleball match during a charity tournament for the Firework Foundation in Santa Barbara, California.

The event, which took place on Monday, aimed to raise funds for scholarships and programs designed to bring arts education to underprivileged youth.

Perry, who has been an advocate for pickleball thanks to her mother's influence, enthusiastically shared the victory on Instagram. The American Idol judge celebrated the tournament's success and thanked the participants and sponsors for their contributions.

The video footage from the tournament captured Perry and Bloom in an intense competition, with Perry's team ultimately emerging victorious. She graciously consoled her fiancé with a kiss after the match.

Dressed in a white Firework Foundation T-shirt, a green skort, and matching knee-high socks, Perry embodied the spirit of the tournament. Notably, the event attracted a star-studded crowd, including actress Kate Hudson and Lauren Sánchez, Jeff Bezos' fiancée.

The Firework Foundation, co-founded by Katy Perry and her sister Angela Hudson, strives to empower children from disadvantaged communities through the arts. This charity endeavor is just one example of the couple's commitment to making a positive impact on the world.

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom's relationship, which began in 2016, has blossomed over the years, and they got engaged in 2019. The couple welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove, in 2020, adding to Bloom's role as a father to 12-year-old Flynn, his son from a previous marriage to model Miranda Kerr.
