Deshaun Watson's girlfriend hits back at haters, boasts about boyfriend on social media

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson's girlfriend swiftly responded to her boyfriend's critics by highlighting his excellent performance against the Arizona Cardinals over the weekend.

Jilly Anais, who is known for being outspoken and defending Watson on social media, expressed her views while supporting him throughout his weekend face-off with the Cardinals.

The Browns dominated the Week 9 matchup against the Cardinals on Sunday, winning 27-0, Marca reported.

After Watson returned from his September rotator cuff injury, the Browns did what winning teams do best: they started a rookie quarterback in the first game and blew away a one-win Arizona squad.

“It all came together,” defensive end Myles Garrett said. “I couldn’t ask for a better outcome.”

The defence’s performance took some pressure off Watson, who looked rusty in the first half as he struggled to find his touch on some short throws.

Anais, following the Browns' 5-3 victory, hit back at those who blamed Watson for the team's issues and called for more respect for her boyfriend.

She shared clips of Watson's touchdowns and celebrated with her dad on Instagram, highlighting the Browns' success.

"That's my quarterback. Respect HIM because he's really like that," she posted on her Instagram story.

"You see the score! Touchdown after touchdown! We gone talk about shi* that's fashoooo."

In other images shared on her Instagram account, it was clear that she was enjoying her time at the game whilst wearing an all-black Chanel outfit.

"Came to slay...I mean play," she wrote in the caption.
