Pillion riding banned after three more killed in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Three more people were killed and three others sustained injuries in firing at a shop in Hyderabad on Tuesday, Geo News reported.

Unidentified miscreants sprayed three men with bullets at Risala road and fled the scene.

Police and law enforcement agencies reached on the spot and launched measures to control the situation.

According to hospital sources, the deceased and injured belong to Bohri community.

Meanwhile, the Local administration in Hyderabad banned pillion riding of motorcycle in the city in the wake of violence that erupted a few days ago.

The death toll from Hyderabad targeted killings that touched the figure of a dozen here on Tuesday, prompted the authorities to come with a ban on pillion riding as part of security measures.
