QUETTA: A petition has been filed in the Balochistan High Court against motorcycle riding and suspension of cellular services in Quetta, Geo News reported on Friday.
The petition was moved by Nasibullah Tareen, Executive Member of Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, making the federal and the provincial government respondents.
Declaring the ban on bike riding and cellular services unjustified, the petitioner also raised questions about what he said the government’s failure in establishing peace in the province.
