QUETTA: Two rockets fired from unknown destination landed and exploded in open area, an outskirts of the provincial capital on Saturday night.
Police sources said that unidentified armed men fired two rockets those landed and exploded in open area near Killi Khali, a suburb of the metropolis. "No loss of life was reported", police said.
The police while quoting preliminary investigation said that apparently, the rockets were fired from mountains of Akhtarabad, an area lying on Eastern Bypass of Quetta.
The law enforcement agencies' personnel rushed to the site and cordoned off the entire area to trace the suspects. Further probe was underway.
