QUETTA: Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) Balochistan has decided to continue its strike despite the Chief Minister Balochistan's instruction to them for resuming their duties in the public sector hospitals in the province .
The CM Balochistan's directive came in view of the patients sufferings.
It is pertinent to mention that the doctors have ceased performing duties at Outdoor Patients Departments of all public sectors hospitals since October 16 last following abduction of renowned eye specialist Dr. Saeed Ahmed Khan.
PMA Balochistan office bearers here Sunday vowed that the doctors would continue strike until safe release of their colleague.
They also demanded of the authority for taking concrete measures for security of the doctors in the province. (APP)
