PSO cuts fuel supply to Karachi police

KARACHI: Pakistan State Oil (PSO) has cut supply of fuel to three zones of Karachi police despite Muharram-ul-Haram, Geo News reported.

According to sources, PSO has stopped supply of diesel and petrol to three zones of Karachi police from November 13.

Meanwhile, PSO spokesman said fuel supply to police was not halted. Police are PSO’s corporate card customers and their cards have been automatically blocked for non-payment, he said.

The spokesman further said had the police cleared their payments as they fell due, they would not have suffered such a difficulty.
