In the latest post on his Instagram account, the 38-year-old ball player flashed his flawless abs.

The athlete's well-defined six-packs and quadriceps provided proof of a perfect diet and a regular workout routine, which make him one of the fittest men.

Ronaldo, who is turning 39 in February 2024, is still at the top of his game as he became the top-scorer of the year 2023 with 53 goals after netting twice during Al-Nassr’s 5-2 over Al-Ittihad on December 26.
