Police said that the slain were subjected to torture before being killed.
The bodies were stuffed in gunny bags. Identities of the deceased were yet to be known.
Police said that the bodies had been shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for medico-legal formalities.
Earlier on Friday, at least 10 people lost their lives in ongoing targeted killings in different parts of the metropolis.
