Altaf Hussain condemns cleric’s killing

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), chief Altaf Hussain has condemned the killing of the administrator of Madrasa Ahsan-ul-Uloom Maulana Muhammad Ismail by the firing of terrorists on Abul Hassan Isphahani Road.

He termed the brutal murder as an evil conspiracy to erode inter-faith harmony and to undermine peace in the city, said a statement issued by the MQM here on Monday.

He offered heartfelt condolences to Mufti Zarwali of Madrasa Ahsan-ul-Uloom and the grieving family members.

He prayed Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace.

He called upon the government to take serious notice of the killing of Maulana Muhammad Ismail and take action for bringing the killers to justice. (APP)
