IPP's Muhammad Aun Saqlain defeated PTI-backed candidate Salman Akram Raja after securing 172,576 votes in NA-128 Lahore-12 constituency, as per unofficial and complete results.
Raja came second with 159,024 votes.

Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party’s (IPP) Muhammad Aun Saqlain, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed (PTI) Salman Akram Raja, Jamaat-e-Islami’s (JI) Liaqat Baloch, Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan’s (TLP) Asim Irshad Khan, and Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) Adeel Ghulam vied the NA-128 crown.
The NA 128 constituency — previously NA-130 Lahore VIII — comprises Model Town Tehsil’s Charge No 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, City Tehsil’s Charge No 68, Lahore Cantt Tehsil’s Charge No 9, 10, 11, 12, and f Walton Cantonment’s Charge No 3 and 4.
In 2018, PTI’s candidate Shafqat Mahmood won the election from the constituency with 127,590 votes, while Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) Khwaja Ahmad Hassaan came second.
The population of the constituency is 952,789 with a total voters being 678,006. Of them, 347,900 are men, while 330,106 are women.
