Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) affiliated independent candidate Shahzada Muhammad Gushtasap beat three-time former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in the NA-15 Mansehra-cum-Torgha's constituency with 105,249 votes.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed (PTI) Shahzada Muhammad Gushtasap Khan, Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan’s (TLP) Tahir Raza, and Jamaat-e-Islami’s (JI) Muhammad Khalid Yousafzai, are among several candidates contesting for the seat.
The NA-15 constituency — formerly NA-14 Mansehra-cum-Torghar — comprises Oghi Tehsil, Darband Tehsil, Tanawal Tehsil, Census Charge No.3 (Baffa TC) of Baffa Pakhal Tehsil, Baffa Qanungo Halqa of Baffa Pakhal Tehsil, excluding the followinq Patwar Circles: (i) Dharrialand (ii) Shinkiari, following Patwar Circles of Mansehra Qanungo Halqa of Mansehra Tehsil:(i) Debgran, (ii) Jallo, (iii) Shahelia, (iv) Potha, (v) Mathial, (vi) Behali, (vii) Khewariand (viii) Lassan Takral, Bheer Kund Qanungo Halqa of Manshera Tehsil of Mansehra District, and Tor Ghar District.
In the general elections of 2018, PML-N’s Muhammad Sajjad won with 74,889 votes, while PTI’s Zar Gul Khan secured the second spot.
The total population of the constituency is 1,028,179, while 121,656 are registered voters. Of them, 66,042 are male and 55,614 are female.
