Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) Malik Saif Ul Mulook Khokhar, defeated Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed (PTI) Malik Touqeer Abbas Khokhar by securing 67717 votes, while the latter bagged 60,479 in Lahore's NA-126 constituency.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) Malik Saif Ul Mulook Khokhar, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed (PTI) Malik Touqeer Abbas Khokhar, Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan’s (TLP) Muhammad Ahmad Majeed, and Jamaat-e-Islami’s (JI) Ameer ul Azim, are among several candidates contested for the seat.
The NA-126 constituency — formerly NA-135 Lahore — compromises Charse No 1 of City Tehsil, following Circles of Charge No 1 of Raiwind Tehsil: Circle No 1, 7, following Circles of Charge No 4 of Model Town Tehsil: Circle No 1 and 2.
In the general elections of 2018, PTI’s Malik Karamat Ali Khokhar won with 64,765 votes, while PML-N’s Malik Saif Ul Mulook Khokhar secured the second spot.
The total population of the constituency is 899,803, while 349,636 are registered voters. Of them, 178,327 are male and 171,309 are female.
