Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Organiser Maryam Nawaz won her seat in the NA-119 Lahore 3 constituency with 83855 votes, beating Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) affiliated independent candidate Shehzad Farooq.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed (PTI) Shehzad Farooq, Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan’s (TLP) Muhammad Zaheer, and Pakistan Peoples Party’s (PPP) Iftikhar Shahid, are among several candidates contested for the seat.
The NA-119 constituency — formerly NA-127 Lahore — compromises Shalimar Tehsil Charge N 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, and following Census Circles of Charge No 27: Circle No 1, 2, 7.
In the general elections of 2018, PML-N’s Ali Pervaiz Malik won with 113,265 votes, while PTI’s Jamshed Iqbal Cheema secured the second spot.
The total population of the constituency is 916,577, while 520,829 are registered voters. Of them, 277,172 are male and 243,657 are female.
