The incident took place on November 24 when the landlord and his son first assaulted the labourer and then unleashed their dogs. The labourer was severely injured in the attack and was shifted to a hospital in Shujabad where he passed away on Sunday after succumbing to his injuries.
Police have registered a case and say the truth will be revealed after the post mortem of the labourer is conducted.
