Jake Paul, the famous YouTuber turned boxer, was in action on Saturday night in Puerto Rico against Ryan Bourland and didn't seem to need a second round to finish the round as he had predicted.
The YouTuber was too impressive and earned a first-round victory in under six minutes.
Paul started the fight aggressively, landing a hard shot to Bourland's ribs. The impact was visible, and Bourland's left side was clearly red, Fox News Digital reported.
However, Paul didn't stop there and continued to attack Bourland, delivering powerful strikes to his opponent's face, which made the former Golden Gloves champion dazed.
Bourland couldn't return with jabs in self-defence as Paul threw haymakers in the corner, resulting in a short fight lasting just two minutes and 37 seconds.
"I wanted it to be a little longer to give the fans some more time," he admitted post-fight.
Earlier this week, Paul had shared that he was "pissed" that his previous fight also lasted less than one round.
Paul referred to himself as the "face of boxing," rhetorically asking, "who's doing more for boxing than me?"
Paul also called out Canelo Alvarez, the current World Boxing Association, World Boxing Council, International Boxing Federation, and World Boxing Organization champion.
"Hey Canelo, stop ducking. I know you want it," he said.
Paul won his ninth professional fight on Saturday in his 10th professional fight.
His last two victories came against fellow boxers, Nate Diaz and Anderson Silva, while his only loss was to Tommy Fury, Tyson Fury's brother.
