Rudy Giuliani has raged at Judge Scott McAfee who has ruled Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis can prosecute the former NY mayor, ex-president Donald Trump, and others in the Georgia election interference case.

"This is absurd. This judge is a disgrace. He's an absolute disgrace,” Giuliani, a close Trump ally, told Newsmax.

“This woman [Willis] committed perjury right in front of him... What kind of a sissy boy is he? The woman made a fool out of him, treated him like garbage [...] This judge has so little regard for the law.”

Giuliani and Trump were among the 18 people who were indicted in a case pertaining to breaking the law to overturn President Joe Biden’s victory in Georgia in the 2020 elections.

The Georgia judge overseeing Trump's trial on charges of trying to overturn his election defeat said that lead prosecutor Fani Willis can remain on the case, but a deputy with whom she had a personal relationship stepped down in keeping with the judge's order.

Judge McAfee's ruling was a blow to the Republican former US president, who seeks to unseat Democratic President Joe Biden in a November 5 election. Trump has sought to delay trials in the four criminal cases he faces until after the election.
