Exciting update puts spotlight on ‘Pirates of the Caribbean'

After a long period of wait, reports have it that a reboot of the Pirates of the Caribbean is said to be green-lighted.

Sharing the details, the producer Jerry Bruckheimer said, “You don't know, you really don't know," after ComicBook asked him about the future of Top Gun and POC.

"Because with Top Gun, you have an actor who is iconic and brilliant. And how many movies he does before he does Top Gun, I can't tell you,” he shared.

As far as the Jack Sparrow franchise is concerned, Jerry said, “But we're gonna reboot Pirates, so that is easier to put together because you don't have to wait for certain actors."

Instrument to the franchise, Johnny Depp may not be part of the sixth installment as Jack previously confirmed.
