Diane Ross celebrates 80th birthday milestone with children

Diana Ross recently marked her 80th birthday milestone while her children penned a heartfelt note for their legendary singer-mother.

As the Endless Love singer hit her 80th, her children took to Instagram to show how much she means to them and even honoured her legacy.

Evan Ross, the youngest of the pack expressed his profound love for his mother along with a carousel post exhibiting toddler Evan beside her superstar mother, with the third picture being her recent selfie with duck lips.

In a heartfelt note, he wrote, “Happy Birthday MOM. There are not words to explain how much i love you. U are everything. Everything everything. Everything. Thank you for showing me the power of love!".

The 80-year-old singer’s oldest child also paid a tribute to the singer and shared a video singing an original song. She wrote in the caption, “Happy birthday Mom!!! I love you more than words can say. #DianaRoss #CountOnMe”.

Additionally, the Black-ish actress crafted a poignant video montage of ‘80 incredible pictures’ of Diana and praised her for her remarkable achievements and boundless affection.

Her captivating note read, "Amidst shattering records, breaking glass ceilings, and setting a new bar for style and glamour, we, her children, were always her priority." 

She admired her mother’s unwavering dedication to family as well before adding, “As I often say, 'Diana Ross' the beloved global icon is legendary, but she doesn’t hold a candle to my Mama."

Meanwhile, Chudney too chimed in to wish her mom a happy birthday and wrote in an ardent Instagram post, “Super Mama. Happy Birthday to my mom @dianaross️. The best mom / grandma / human! Grace, beauty, inspiration and pure love! We love you so much and we are so lucky to have you”.
